The chestnut note comes through so clearly in the first steep, with that grassy edge right behind it. What really got me is the aftertaste—it stays sweet and almost chewy for a good minute after I swallow. Steeped it at 175°F for about two minutes and it's easily the smoothest green tea I've had.

Brewed this in my office mug and the toasted grain aroma alone made me slow down and actually enjoy the afternoon. The chewy, sweet aftertaste really does linger for a good minute after each sip, which is exactly what I hoped for in a Dragonwell.
