お気に入りの南アフリカのルイボスをベースにした、カラマンシとココナッツのルーズリーフブレン ド。このブレン ドはバランスが全て — 一方にはジューシーで鮮やかなカラマンシ、もう一方には甘くトーストされたココナッツ、それぞれが互いを抑えています。本物のユズのピーるがシトるスを深め、ココナッツチップスが自然なクりーミーな甘さを加え、一口一口を丸く収めます。
ルイボスのベースは、コクがしっかりとして甘く鮮やか — その風味をすべて支えるのに十分頑丈で、自然にカフェインフリーなので、どれだけ長く蒸らしても決して苦くなりません。
最初の一口からカップはジューシー: シトるスとココナッツが一緒に訪れ、同程度に甘く鮮やかで、滑らかで清らかにフィニッシュします。

The calamansi really shines through without being too tart, and the rooibos base keeps it smooth enough to drink anytime. A perfect afternoon pick-me-up that doesn’t keep me wired.
The toasted coconut is what won me over — it rounds out the calamansi so it's not too tart. Steeping it about five minutes in hot water brings out both without either one taking over.
I was worried the calamansi would overpower everything, but it's actually a nice even split with the toasted coconut. Doesn't even need sweetener, which is rare for me with rooibos.
