스피어민트

The wintergreen snap hits right away and lingers way longer than the cheap dried mint I used to buy. I've been dropping a pinch into hot water after dinner and it settles my stomach every time.

Opened the pouch mid-afternoon expecting a break, and that cool, snappy aroma genuinely reset my focus. The bold mint flavor lasts through a whole cup of tea, which is more than I can say for most botanicals I've tried.

Brewed a cup this afternoon and the cool snap hit just right, like stepping into the shade on a hot day. The flavor stays bold from the first sip to the last, no fading into weak water. It genuinely perked up my focus for the rest of the afternoon.
