The yuzu comes through first, bright and a little floral, then the matcha settles in behind it. I've been drinking it plain in the afternoon and it doesn't need any sweetener.

The yuzu really comes through—bright and floral, not just a generic citrus kick. I like that the stem tea and matcha keep it light rather than heavy, though the matcha flavor is more subtle than I'd hoped for. Good afternoon pick-me-up.

I expected mostly matcha and got a lot more citrus, which threw me at first sip. The stem tea gives it a nice toasty finish underneath all that yuzu though. Steeped it a bit shorter the second time and liked it much better.
