Aufgrund der reichen, süßen Natur dieses Tees genießen wir ihn oft als Dessertgetränk. Er verträgt sich gut mit hinzugefügtem Sahne. Da wir ihn jedoch ohne Zucker oder Süßungsmittel mischen, trinken ihn manche als Frühstückstee. Wir empfehlen wärmstens, einen London Fog damit zuzubereiten!

Schließlich tut Pu-Erh-Tee Wunder für das Verdauungssystem, was ihn zu einem guten Tee nach dem Essen macht. Schokoladen-Minz-Pu-Erh enthält jedoch Koffein, also genießen Sie ihn abends verantwortungsbewusst.

I was worried the chocolate would taste artificial, but it blends into the ripe puerh so smoothly it almost drinks like a dessert. The mint shows up more on the finish, which keeps the whole cup from feeling heavy.

The mint hits first and then the shou puerh comes through with that deep, earthy chocolate note underneath. I do wish the mint lingered a bit longer on the finish, but for a morning cup it's become a regular in my rotation.
