I gaiwan in argilla sono apprezzati dagli intenditori di tè perché il materiale poroso assorbe gradualmente gli oli e gli aromi dei tè che vi prepari, esaltando sottilmente il sapore nel tempo. Più lo usi, meglio diventa.

Come preparare: Aggiungi le foglie di tè intere nel gaiwan, versa acqua calda, lascia in infusione per 20–30 secondi e filtra nelle tazzine. Ripeti più volte, aggiungendo qualche secondo a ogni infusione successiva.
