I was expecting something floral and mild, but this is properly tart—way closer to cranberry than I imagined. A spoon of honey mellowed it out and now I'm drinking it every evening.

The liquor really does turn that brilliant bright red, and the tartness hits like cranberry juice but with more depth. I added just a tiny drop of honey and it rounded everything out perfectly.

Steeped a cup this afternoon and the bright red liquor is just gorgeous in the glass. That tart, cranberry-like bite mellows out beautifully with a tiny drop of honey, and I’ve been drinking it daily hoping it helps my blood pressure readings.
