The honeyed toastiness really comes through on the second and third steep, which is where this one shines. I get at least four good cups out of a single spoon, so the tin lasts longer than I expected.
I've been brewing this in my gaiwan and it easily holds up for four or five steeps without going flat or bitter. The honey note comes through more on the second and third pour, and it's become my default afternoon cup.
The toasty, honeyed aroma really does remind me of a Da Hong Pao, which I didn't expect at this price. I've been brewing the same leaves four or five times and it still holds up on the last steep.
