Vanwege de rijke, zoete aard van deze thee genieten we er vaak van als dessertdrankje. Het verdraagt goed toegevoegde creamer. Omdat we het echter zonder suiker of zoetstof blenden, drinken sommige mensen het als ontbijtthee. We raden van harte aan om er een London Fog mee te maken!

I was worried the chocolate would taste artificial, but it blends into the ripe puerh so smoothly it almost drinks like a dessert. The mint shows up more on the finish, which keeps the whole cup from feeling heavy.

The mint hits first and then the shou puerh comes through with that deep, earthy chocolate note underneath. I do wish the mint lingered a bit longer on the finish, but for a morning cup it's become a regular in my rotation.
