洋甘菊

The loose leaf steeps into such a soft, sweet cup, and that ripe apple note really does come through. I've been reaching for it every night before bed and it's become my favorite wind-down ritual.

I was skeptical about the "apple notes" until I brewed it, but wow, they really come through. The sweetness is natural and not at all cloying, and it's become my nightly ritual.

The loose leaf chamomile has that ripe apple sweetness the description promises, not just a generic floral taste. I've been sipping it about an hour before bed and it genuinely helps me unwind, though I have to be careful not to steep it too long or it gets slightly bitter.
