That soft smoky whisper underneath the sweetness is exactly what I want from a cup at night. The two teas play off each other nicely — Nepalese for the smooth base, Chinese for that lingering finish. Steeped it a touch long by accident and it still didn't turn bitter.

The smoke on the back end is so subtle it almost surprises you, but it’s exactly what keeps each sip interesting. I’ve been brewing it in the morning and the high-elevation sweetness cuts through nicely without any bitterness. Already on my second bag.
