Devido à natureza rica e doce deste chá, muitas vezes apreciamo-lo como bebida de sobremesa. Suporta bem a adição de creme. No entanto, como o misturamos sem qualquer açúcar ou adoçante, algumas pessoas bebem-no como chá de pequeno-almoço. Recomendamos vivamente fazer um London Fog com este chá!

Por fim, o chá pu-erh faz maravilhas pelo sistema digestivo, tornando-o um bom chá para beber após uma refeição. O Chocolate Mint Pu-erh tem cafeína, no entanto, por isso beba-o com responsabilidade durante a noite.

I was worried the chocolate would taste artificial, but it blends into the ripe puerh so smoothly it almost drinks like a dessert. The mint shows up more on the finish, which keeps the whole cup from feeling heavy.

The mint hits first and then the shou puerh comes through with that deep, earthy chocolate note underneath. I do wish the mint lingered a bit longer on the finish, but for a morning cup it's become a regular in my rotation.
