Wasn't sure a kettle could make this much difference, but the narrow spout gives me real control over the pour for pour-over coffee. The stainless steel body heats evenly and it works fine on my induction cooktop too.

That fine gooseneck spout gives me way more control than my old kettle ever did, and my pour-overs have been noticeably more even because of it. It also sits nicely on my induction cooktop, which I wasn't sure would work at first.
