The melon sweetness really comes through on the second steep, and that buttery mouthfeel is what keeps me coming back. It's got this mineral clarity that reminds me of drinking cold spring water.
I brewed this at 175 degrees like the roaster suggested and the melon sweetness was right there in the first sip. Buttery but not heavy, and it stayed smooth even after I forgot about my cup for ten minutes.
The mineral clarity really comes through when I brew this in the morning, it's almost like drinking cold spring water but warm. Ripe melon sweetness shows up on the finish without any bitterness.
