The 20 oz size is perfect for my morning brewing ritual, and I love that I can watch the leaves unfurl through the clear glass. It handles both hot and cold brewing without any issues, and the double-walled design means no burnt fingers.
The double-walled glass really does keep my green tea hot for a solid hour without burning my hands. My only gripe is that the 20 oz size fills up fast when I want a second cup, but the brewing basket is easy to rinse out.
I've been cold brewing loose leaf in this overnight and the double-walled glass keeps it from sweating all over my desk. The 20 oz is a bit small if you're making tea for two, but for one person it's spot on.
