Este estilo é mais subtil e complexo comparado com o típico Lapsang Souchong (um chá fumado intenso). Robusto mas com camadas de sabor e textura.

A descoberta do Royal Lapsang foi um acidente! Quando verificámos a qualidade de uma encomenda de Lapsang Souchong da China em relação ao nosso lote anterior, perguntámo-nos se ele era sequer fumado! Ao provar o chá sozinho, sem a influência da versão mais fumada, percebemos que tínhamos um chá excecional. A nossa fonte confirmou que este era um estilo diferente de Lapsang Souchong, com fumo ligeiro e preferido em relação a um Lapsang Souchong mais fumado.
