The citrus layers are what got me — bright and juicy without any bitterness, even when I accidentally let it steep a minute too long. The aroma alone is worth it, sweet and sunny the second you open the tin.
The mineral backbone really surprised me for such a light oolong, and it keeps the juicy citrus from going candy-sweet. I've been brewing it around 190F and the second steep is even brighter than the first.
Wasn't expecting the citrus to come through so clearly, but it's there in every sip. The mineral note keeps it from tasting like plain flavored tea. Light enough that I finished the whole pot without noticing.
