I've been drinking green oolongs for years and this roasted version caught me off guard in the best way. The sweetness builds through the third steep and the body stays thick the whole time.

The roasted flavor is deeper than the greener Tie Guan Yin I used to drink, almost like toasted grain, and it never turns bitter even when I forget the leaves in the pot. The liquor really does feel thicker going down, with a sweetness that lingers after each sip.
