I've been drinking this hot every morning and the ginger gives it a nice little kick right at the end. The peach doesn't taste artificial at all, and it honestly does feel like a sunny day in a mug when it's freezing outside.
The sweet peach flavor really comes through first, but that warm ginger kick on the finish is what makes it. I've been sipping it hot on these gray mornings and it honestly feels like a little burst of sunshine in the mug.
I steeped this for a solid five minutes on a chilly afternoon and the ripe peach flavor came through beautifully before the ginger warmth kicked in at the back of my throat. It's sweet without being cloying, and that spicy finish keeps it interesting to the very last sip.
