雲南省南西部産のハンドメイド、シングルオリジンの紅茶です。密林、落葉性の草が形成する深い腐植層、肥沃な土壌が、強い芽と肉厚で柔らかな葉を持つ背の高い茶樹を育みます。乾燥工程で、ふっくらと丸みを帯びた葉が金色の毛をまとったカタツムリのように丸まります。
Golden Snailの茶葉は、当社で最も美しいお茶のひとつで、小さなカタツムリのように独特にカールしています。しっかりとしたカールと均一な葉が特徴で、この絶品のお茶は口の中でとろけます。

I was skeptical about the asparagus note but it actually works, that creamy finish sneaks up on you. The apricot keeps it from tasting too vegetal. Silky is the right word for this one.
