The lemongrass really softens the green tea so it never turns bitter, even when I forget and let it steep too long. Lavender and lemon together sounded odd but it's become my afternoon cup.
I wasn't sure about lavender in tea, but it’s surprisingly calming without tasting like soap. The orange peel gives it a nice bright finish that makes the cup feel more like a treat than plain green tea.
